River's Wild Spoon

Proton Glass's owner and artist, Jason, just keeps em' coming with this one-of-a-kind, horned, spoon style hand pipe.

The 4" River's Wild spoon was crafted using an double-blown 'inside-out' technique where multiple colors were layered on top of one another, twisted, and applied to the inside of a clear tube which was then fumed with silver and features 3, three-dimensional transparent blue glass beads gradually increasing in size from one to the next near the left carb hole, it also has a synthetic opal encased in a transparent clear glass bead and a transparent blue horn on the right side.

The bowl of the pipe contains a squiggle and dot pattern produced from both added colored glass and fuming.

Some of this pipe additional details include a deep bowl, elevated left-sided carb, and a bubbled mouthpiece.

The double-blown process causes glass to have higher integrity and a greater color pay-off compared to their single-blown counterparts however, can take a significantly longer time to produce if done properly. This of course does contribute to the overall price of the item due to the complexity involved with double-blowing but the quality and durability speak for themselves.

The piece will last you much longer than your average single-blown pipe and will be around for years to come.

Staff Shy's first ever hand pipe was double-blown and even after many scary drops, still went strong for many more years and many more drops until one day it just disappeared however, had that not happened would still likely be here today.

Here at Stay Woke, we always recommend using our Formula 420 Original Cleaner to clean your piece however, it is also acceptable to use soap and warm water, alcohol and coarse salt, and heat.
